How Long You Have to Return an Item

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. This applies whether the item is defective or you've simply changed your mind. Once that 30-day window closes, we're no longer able to offer a refund or exchange.

What Qualifies for a Return

To be eligible, your item needs to meet a few conditions:

  • It should be unused, unworn, and in the same condition it arrived in
  • Original packaging and any included inserts should come back with it
  • You'll need your receipt or order confirmation on hand

Who Covers Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including arranging and paying for your own shipping label. Please note that original shipping fees aren't refundable.

No Restocking Fee

We don't charge anything extra to process your return — no restocking fee, no surprise deductions.

Getting Your Refund

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's been approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — PayPal or Venmo — and typically post within 7 business days of approval on our end, though your bank or provider may take a bit longer to reflect it. All refunds are issued in US dollars.

We're happy to accept exchanges. Just return the original item following the steps above, then place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
